You are something the whole universe is doing in the same way that the wave is something that the whole ocean is doing. The real you is not a puppet which life pushes around. The real deep-down you is the whole universe. As Kundalini energy rises up from the lower chakras, we enter into the realm of pure consciousness. We now know the truth that only higher consciousness can bring: one is all and all is one. We are now, and forever more, receptive to stimuli to which, in the time before, we were insensate.
Shakti has removed the Veils of Maya illusionwhich have evaporated like a mirage. This article will discuss the eternal significance of the seventh and final chakra: Sahasrara, the Crown Chakra.
We have now ascended the chakra from which all chakras emanate. We have achieved the last milestone of human awareness, the pinnacle of the human spiritual condition.
Here, sacred energy is infinite and wisdom is pure and eternal. Before, things were merely relative. Now, things are absolute. A singularity of self has been reached. The cosmos has emptied its energy into us, as we have emptied our energy into it. Everything is now an eternal beacon of providence. The Sahasrara chakra is symbolized by a lotus with a thousand different colored petals, arranged in twenty layers of 50 petals.
It encompasses the crown of the head, where all chakras are integrated, while it passes into infinity from the top of the head. It is said to be the most elusive chakra in the kundalini process. This chakra is associated with wisdom, enlightenment and transcendence. Its governing planet is Uranus, and it is often linked to the pituitary gland.
It is said that she gives us the power to awaken the kundalini in others, upon awakening ourselves. Above this covering is the balloon-like structure of ego and superego. This information is primarily for them, but I hope you too will enjoy this recap. Literally overnight I went from being and feeling one way all my life, to the next morning having my body producing some very strange physical symptoms. It was a horrible and difficult time and it lasted for many years.
But, with the start of the biological physical Ascension Process around —, the need to do all those old school things went out the window. Because kundalini risings are being triggered now by your Higher Self and the cosmic, galactic, solar and astrological energies and cycles and not by a desire from your left-brained consciousness and ego self, the physical, mental, emotional and etheric symptoms they cause are not the same as old school Eastern esoteric knowledge has taught. Oh if only that were the case!
Oh happy day huh? It does however feel rather strange because you can actually feel energies vibrating, buzzing, and shaking deep inside your physical body. Thankfully no pain, just a sensation of inner vibrations that typically begin in the lower section of your body or in your core. I first felt them many years ago in my lower gut or core area. Over the years this inner body electrical-like vibrating would move slowly from one area to another and another and so on. Over the years it slowly inched its way upward in my body and lastly made it to my head and brain.
This means you—like Earth—can now run and constantly house 5D energies through your body and not fry or go mad or die because of it! Soon however. All Rights Reserved.Kundalini Syndrome: Dealing with Head Pressure

I awoke one morning around the end of and I could feel every charkra completely aligned. The alignment in my system also had a soft, matter of fact voice — like a mantra, saying over and over: You are going to die.
Electric bulbs were bursting over my head wherever I went…. I was I had always had a strong spiritual personal connection and had even levitated when I was a child… But this was too much! Indeed it stopped albeit not immediately. A few months later, I had a seizure I am not epileptic and did not feel right for weeks afterward.
Kundalini Rising & The Rewiring Process
So I got a cat scan. The scan revealed calcification right on my meningae where the crown charkra is. My life has frozen with fear and my spiritual journey seems so slow compared to my younger days. Also any prayers of positivity are most welcome. Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.

Like any energy of creation prana, electricity, atoms this energy too can be activated and even misused by those who are not spiritually motivated or have not completed this process and are therefore not free of personal patterns. Sometimes the Kundalini rises so that it goes beyond the top of the head.
Once here, it provokes the appearance of a mystical state of consciousness, indescribable ecstasy, in which duality ceases. Kundalini resides in the body of each person in the appearance of the Transcendental Power that precedes and accesses the entire Macrocosm—the whole of a complex structure, particularly the world or universe, contrasted with a small or symbolic part of it.
This power exists everywhere in the Universe. Kundalini awakening is said to emerge from deep meditation, and consequently enlightenment and bliss. Matter, life, and consciousness are only different degrees and with different frequencies of vibration of the revelation of a sleeping power, Kundalini. Furthermore, the divine power MAHA VIDYA encompasses the form of individual souls, limited in time and space, but also the form of matter, enveloping itself or, in other words, numbing.
However, transcendence is achieved, only when Kundalini ascends completely from the base to its ideal place in the head or beyond. When the Kundalini rises to the head, the beatitude is experienced and a very intense light is perceived. The light that accompanies the awakening of the Kundalini is one of the constants of the spiritual experience revealed by the mystics of all religious traditions.
The Yogi tradition makes a differentiation between partial awakening and a total awakening of Kundalini energy. While partial awakening can lead to multiple manifestations, both physical and mental, the full ascension of the Kundalini to the Sahasrara center will awaken the true impetus for the realization of God or spiritual liberation and will bring a much-desired revolution to consciousness.
The awakening of the power of the Kundalini is accompanied by different sensations and experiences. There is a strong feeling of warmth if the Kundalini wakes up and rises in Pingala Nadi or a cold sensation if the energy rises Ida Nadi first through your back and then throughout the body. The entrance of the Kundalini into the central spinal canal called Sushumna is accompanied by a specific feeling of unification that is felt at the level of the whole being and may even cause a lack of breath for a short period of time.
As traditionally said, this can be perceived in the back of the head sometimes be as the slow walking of an ant, like the serpentine movement of a serpent. All these signs are mentioned in the traditional scripts of Hinduism, especially those of Yoga and Tantrism.
The sage and great yogi Ramakrishna, one of the greatest masters of mysticism in modern India, described his experiences with the Kundalini in almost similar terms. When awakened it pierces through six chakras or functional centers and activates them.A number of my clients suffer from head pressure. These are feelings of having a weight pressing down on your skull from above, from the sides or from inside out. The pressure can vary in intensity from mild to unbearable but is still distinct from ordinary headaches as this pressure does not really hurt.
It is just very uncomfortable. I have seen teachers on youtube who advise people to let the excess energy trickle down into the other chakras or to imagine pushing or pulling on this pressure to move or disperse it.
In my experience with hundreds of kundalini clients, this approach will only make matter worse. Why is this so? Even though it is tempting to think of our energy body as a sort of plumbing system with tubes and vents, the reality is completely different.
Our energy system is more like clouds of gases that merge and mingle and sometimes cramp up. Or even better, you can imagine it as different coloured streams of water that weave and intermingle and sometimes freeze into ice.
Energy problems in our head have to do with suppressed thoughts. The head chakras forehead and crown have to do with the mental part of our being which consists of our thoughts, concepts and beliefs on the intellectual and spiritual levels. When we experience head pressure we are literally suppressing certain thoughts that we do not want to think. It is this suppression that we experience as the head pressure and it happens completely unconsciously.
People without kundalini also often unconsciously suppress certain thoughts but due to their greater unawareness they do not feel the pain of this suppression — they are more numb. In the kundalini process, a thirst awakens in us for expanded consciousness and more spirituality. However, there may be still parts of our old ego alive that do not want to have certain spiritual insights and defend themselves by rigorously suppressing ideas that challenge the old ego.
So, this is the inner conflict that plays itself out in our head chakras — the fight for spiritual insights and authenticity on the one hand and the resistance of our old ego that is not yet ready to accept some humbling insights on the other. Before I tell you what kind of thoughts people typically suppress, I need to give you a little warning.
If you are a person with head pressure you will probably not like what I am about to tell you for the very reason that you have repressed these kinds of insights in the first place. For physical health, I was doing regular yoga postures and relaxation. I also did Ba Gua exercises and meditation. This helped me gain a tremendous sense of vitality and high energy. Sleep was deep and invigorating.
I had a large appetite and great digestion; food was organic and vegetarian. I also had great concentration and memory. I had a strong awareness of people, the universe, and myself. I was also very aware of my emotions; I felt sensitive and sensual. My mind and body were working extremely well. I was doing really well at university.
No doubt, I was having a great time; I was conquering the world. I believe my great health was partly due to Kundalini activity that occurred once or twice a week in the middle of the night. Typically a feeling of warmth and movement at the base of my spine would wake me from sleep.
After a few split seconds it would erupt as a strong ball of electrical energy and then speed quickly along nerves in a manner that could be directed by thought. At the same time I would lose perception of space and time, and enter a distorted sense of reality with extremely loud rushing noises. As this occurred, I would become paralyzed, unable to move a muscle.
I would feel the Kundalini energy encounter and push hard against what I would call resistance or blocks or knots in the nerve it was travelling along.
This would often cause strong or extreme pain. The only way to exit this state and make the energy return to its dormant condition was to move some muscle — any muscle — in my body.
This was very difficult as I would have to gather up and use all possible will power. When I managed to do this, the energy would rapidly return to its home. I suppose the nerves had to re-establish their connections. After this happened, I could fall back asleep as if nothing had happened, and the energy would not erupt again that night.
This was confirmed by the fact that my overall health was improving and I was achieving a great nerve sensitivity and awareness of my body. I also came to understand that Kundalini is just one element for personal growth and that cultivation of virtues is also important.
However, two things worried me. Firstly, on several occasions, the energy seemed to enter the spinal channel and extend vertically instead of moving in a compact ball as it usually did in the nighttime experiences.
To use serpent imagery, it was like a snake stretching out and standing up instead of a snake that moves while remaining coiled. On these occasions I experienced heart orgasms generating compassion, prologed genital orgasms without ejaculation, brain orgasms causing intuition of spiritual laws, and sensations of the body becoming gigantic whilst the point of consciousness became tiny.
Most if not all of the literature I encountered referred to Kundalini activity occurring in this way and so did my Yoga teacher. However, what seemed to be happening to me in the nighttime experiences was that the energy would try to enter the spinal channel but be blocked because the channel was closed.
Instead it would force itself out through a different nerve or channel. The other worry was that after a period of months, the energy seemed to have dissolved most blocks in my body. This meant that when it awakened it would usually rush straight to my head unimpeded.
When it did this, it would reach a block or knot in the middle of my head that seemed to be protecting the brain from the energy.Vijay Kumar : When kundalini reaches top of head Serpentine energy lying dormant in base of spine With Kundalini energy reaching top of spine It is only by establishing control over five senses and mind human beings step-by-step awakened their kundalini shakti.
This led to our brain becoming hundred percent active!

Although most people are not aware that the Kundalini exists, Kundalini is well-known by serious spiritual seekers. Most yoga traditions aim to awaken the Kundalini, because these yoga traditions believe that the Kundalini is the power that is required to attain the ultimate goal of spiritual achievement, the union with divine Yoga.
Yoga tradition here refers to the different spiritual paths that aim for Yoga union with divine as the final goal. Traditionally, it is believed that after being awakened, Kundalini will be able to remove the knots of the major chakras, cleanse, open and develop the chakras until they are fully developed into full-blooming lotus forms. By the time the Kundalini finishes opening, cleansing and developing all of the chakras, the core of the Kundalini will reach the crown chakra, the chakra at the top of the head.
This is the time you attain the highest spiritual achievement — Yoga. However, it is not so easy for someone to attain Yoga. First, it is very hard to awaken the Kundalini. Some people have spent decades of dedicated practices without being able to awaken their Kundalini. It is believed that only a few were really able to awaken their Kundalini. For those who were lucky enough to have their Kundalini awakened, the cleansing process of the Kundalini would still have taken decades.
Kundalini requires years to cleanse, open and develop a chakra completely, and the process is done from the base chakra upwards in sequential order. So, as the Kundalini starts at the lowest chakra and spends a few years at this base chakra, it will take decades before the Kundalini can start working on the crown chakra, the 7 th chakra.
In most cases, one will die before achieving the final goal of the process since the time required is too long. Even if the Kundalini reaches the crown chakra, although wonderful, is just the beginning of the real journey of the Kundalini.
Kundalini Problems: Head Pressure
What is Kundalini really for? Many people get interested in Kundalini energy mainly due to its powerful energy that can give psychic powers. However, the psychic power from Kundalini is not what Kundalini is really for. The psychic power is a by-product of the Kundalini awakening process.
There are 3 main things that Kundalini is for:. People perform different exercises to prepare themselves for the Kundalini awakening. They may do special physical postures, controlled breathing exercises, meditation, chanting, etc to prepare themselves for the Kundalini awakening. Kundalini is a magnificent power, so that you have to be cleansed and pure enough before you are ready for its awakening.
If you are not cleansed and pure enough and start working with Kundalini awakening, you will have serious problems and sickness after the Kundalini is awakened.
After preparing themselves for years, people will normally do special exercises to awaken their Kundalini. There were two very "common" techniques used in the past. The first one was called vase breath technique kumbhaka in Sanskrit or rlung bumpacan in Tibetan. The other technique is called three locks or bandha traya. Those who were lucky and blessed enough may have gotten their Kundalini awakened after practicing one of these techniques for many years.
However, as the energy released from the Kundalini that has been awakened is so huge and unlimited, they may still experience different problems even though they may have done special preparations for years.
So, the Kundalini awakening may not always be a pleasant experience. Luckily, in this Age of Aquarius, or New Age, spiritual growth can be achieved much easier.
